
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 tsp anchovy paste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine and chill.
Please note that I am not one of those cooks who measures exactly, so you need to be a flexible cook to use many of my recipes. And if it seems that I left an ingredient out on accident, maybe I did.
