Spring Onion Vinaigrette

This came about one day while making vinaigrette and realizing I had a bunch of spring onions in need of being used.

1/2 cup light olive oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 green onion, chopped up a bit
1 clove garlic, cut in half

Put everything into the blender, and put on full wack until everything is liquid.
Put into a small pitcher with a ladle, and Bob's you uncle.
I might have added a pinch of Italian herbs, but I'm not sure.
